Personal portfolio / collaboration front door

Iridite

AI application engineer building research support, workflow systems, and a portfolio grounded in real work.

By day I work in AI in Shanghai. After hours I build MedFusion, research delivery materials, and public notes on AI systems, workflow design, and slow compounding. This page is my personal portfolio and the clearest entry point for collaboration or paid consultation.

    What I am doing now

The line is narrower on purpose.

This site is not trying to summarize every skill I have. It is here to make the current line legible: medical prediction research support, workflow systems, and a public body of work that grows from the same line.

    Selected work

Proofs that are closer to how I actually work.

Fewer projects, better context. The goal is not to look busy. The goal is to make it easy to see what I build, why it matters, and where collaboration could start.

    Recent notes

    Public writing, not content theater.

Most of what I publish is written close to the work itself: systems, workflow friction, publishing resistance, and how to build a second line while living inside a normal workweek.

    How we can work together

A few clear entry points are better than a vague promise.

This is early-stage collaboration, advisory, and paid consultation. The point is to clarify the problem, design a sane path, and reduce the cost of going in the wrong direction.

    Contact

If the work is relevant, it should be easy to reach me.

If you want to talk about research support, workflow design, AI system planning, or a concrete paid consultation, the contact methods below are the fastest way in.

The simplest path is still email. If you already know what you want to discuss, send the problem, current state, and what kind of help you expect.
